Solution

Sidekick Interactive partnered with Intelcom to develop a Proof of Concept (POC) app designed to streamline the returns process. The app featured an intuitive user interface, enabling store employees to scan packages using QR codes and interact with various APIs to confirm returns.

Key features of the app included:

  • Package Scanning: Employees can easily scan QR codes on packages, ensuring accurate and quick identification of returns.
  • API Integration: The app communicates with multiple APIs to validate and confirm the return process, ensuring seamless operation and reducing errors.
